4.3 Conduct and Professionalism

Candidates are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This includes punctuality, reliability, appropriate conduct at work, and adherence to client workplace policies.

4.4 Communication

Candidates must maintain open communication with Nolvera and respond to communications within reasonable timeframes. Failure to communicate or maintain contact may result in suspension of your profile.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Legitimate Business Use

Clients must use our services for legitimate business purposes only. All employment arrangements must comply with UK employment law and health and safety regulations.

5.2 Fair Treatment of Workers

Clients agree to treat all workers supplied by Nolvera with respect and dignity. This includes providing a safe working environment, fair pay, and compliance with all employment legislation.

5.3 Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Late payment may result in suspension of services. All payments should be made to Nolvera only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nolvera Ltd or our content providers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Client Fees

Client fees are determined on a per-assignment basis and agreed in advance. Invoices are issued in accordance with the contract terms and must be paid within the agreed timeframe.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
