All chefs hold Level 2 Food Hygiene as minimum
Many hold professional cookery qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3)

Understanding of HACCP and kitchen safety
Reliable and professional kitchen workers
Competitive pay rates: £12-20 per hour (depending on role)
Weekly pay every Friday
