Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Chefs de Partie for high-quality restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues. Work with talented culinary teams in professional kitchens, from contemporary British to international cuisines. Requirements

  • Level 2/3 Professional Cookery or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie
  • Strong knife skills and techniques
  • Busy, high-quality kitchen experience
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate
  • HACCP knowledge and kitchen safety
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends)
  • Passion for food and quality
  • Team player with communication skills
  • Physical fitness for kitchen demands
  • Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities

Run allocated kitchen section
Prepare, cook, and present dishes
Ensure consistent quality
Supervise and train junior staff
Maintain food hygiene standards
Monitor stock and assist ordering
Follow recipes accurately
Ensure proper food storage and rotation
Assist with menu development
Manage food costs and minimize waste
Work with kitchen team
Maintain equipment
Comply with health and safety
