Job Description

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff to work with prestigious hotels, serviced apartments, and hospitality venues across major UK cities. This role offers flexible hours, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to work with 4-star and 5-star establishments. Perfect for those who take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Join our team of professional housekeepers working with some of the UK's finest hotels. Whether you're looking for part-time hours to fit around commitments or full-time employment, we have opportunities. Full training provided on professional cleaning techniques, health and safety, and customer service. Many of our housekeepers progress to supervisor roles.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Physical fitness for standing, bending, and lifting
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Flexible availability including weekends
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Basic English language skills
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Understanding of cleaning products and safety

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards
Change bed linens and make beds with hospital corners
Clean bathrooms and replenish toiletries
Vacuum, dust, and polish all surfaces
Report maintenance issues to supervisors
Restock housekeeping cart
Follow health and safety procedures
Handle guest requests professionally
Maintain lost property records
Meet room quota targets efficiently
Ensure consistent quality standards
Assist with public area cleaning when needed
