Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers for leading distribution centers, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed operators to work with major logistics companies. Offering competitive pay, consistent hours, and potential for permanent employment.

Join our network of professional forklift drivers working with blue-chip clients. We have opportunities across different shifts including days, nights, weekends, and rotating patterns. Our clients include major e-commerce, retail distribution, food warehouses, and manufacturing. Whether you hold counterbalance, reach, or specialized licenses, we have roles to match.

Requirements

  • Valid forklift license (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent) - ESSENTIAL
  • Counterbalance license required, reach truck desirable
  • Minimum 6 months recent forklift experience
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment experience
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Warehouse safety induction capable
  • Reliable attendance record
  • Basic numeracy and literacy
  • Physical fitness for manual handling
  • Flexible for shift work
  • Own steel toe cap boots
  • Right to work in the UK

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely in accordance with licenses
Load and unload delivery vehicles
Move palletized goods to designated locations
Stack goods in racking systems to height
Conduct pre-shift forklift checks
Maintain stock control records
Use WMS and handheld scanners
Perform manual handling tasks
Follow safe systems of work
Maintain housekeeping standards
Assist with goods-in checks
Participate in stocktakes
Work with warehouse team
