IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are recruiting IT Support Technicians for 1st and 2nd line positions with corporate IT departments and MSPs. These roles offer opportunities to work with modern technology, develop technical skills, and progress your IT career. Remote, hybrid, and on-site positions available.

Requirements

  • IT qualifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year IT support experience
  • Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge
  • Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange experience
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities
  • Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Independent working and prioritization
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • ITIL Foundation desirable
  • Full UK driving license for field roles

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st/2nd line technical support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues
Install and maintain computers
Set up Active Directory accounts
Support Office 365 applications
Perform password resets and access management
Image and deploy computers
Install printers and peripherals
Provide remote support
Document incidents and resolutions
Escalate complex issues appropriately
Participate in IT projects
Maintain IT asset inventory
Follow ITIL best practices
