We work with established healthcare and social care providers delivering support within supported living services, residential settings, care homes, children’s services, educational environments, and community-based care. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality person-centred care and support
  • Support adults and children with daily living activities and personal care
  • Provide emotional support and promote independence and wellbeing
  • Work with individuals with: Mental health conditions, Autism and learning disabilities, Complex care needs, Physical disabilities, Challenging behaviour, Dementia and elderly care needs
  • Assist with medication administration where required
  • Support individuals attending appointments, education, and social activities
  • Maintain accurate care documentation and incident records
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures
  • Work collaboratively with families, social workers, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support service users in: Care homes, Supported living, Residential care, Community settings, Children’s services, Educational or outreach environments

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Mandatory Training in Health and Social Care
  • Full UK Drivers Licence preferred
  • Social Care Wales Registration
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Welsh language Preferred
  • Knowledge of safeguarding adults and children
  • Previous experience in: Healthcare, Complex care, Mental health support, Children’s services, Care homes or supported living (Preferred)
  • PMVA/MAPA training (preferred)
  • Caring, empathetic, and professional attitude
