We are currently collaborating with a prestigious client in the Health sector who is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to join their team in Colchester. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career.

Nolvera is an emerging healthcare and staffing organisation supporting health and social care providers across the UK. As part of our strategic growth plans, we are now expanding into supported living and community-based care services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex support requirements. We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially aware Registered Manager to support the development, mobilisation, and future growth of our supported living operations. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional who is passionate about quality care, service development, compliance, and building services from the ground up within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the development of supported living services
  • Assist with CQC registration processes and regulatory compliance
  • Develop operational systems, policies, and procedures
  • Build relationships with local authorities, commissioners, case managers, and referral pathways
  • Support mobilisation of new care packages and service users
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with safeguarding and quality standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of care staff
  • Monitor service quality, incidents, audits, and compliance performance
  • Promote person-centred and outcome-focused support delivery
  • Contribute to business growth and service expansion strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supported Living Manager
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and supported living operations
  • Experience supporting adults with: Learning disabilities, Autism, Mental, health needs, Complex behaviours
  • Experience working with local authorities and commissioning pathways
  • Leadership and service development capability
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Experience with service mobilisation or startup care services
  • Existing commissioner or local authority relationships
