As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in attracting, screening, onboarding, and supporting candidates for a variety of healthcare and support roles. You will work closely with management teams, clients, and applicants to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, target-driven, and able to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare and support staff
  • Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone/video interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Support international recruitment and sponsorship processes where applicable
  • Ensure candidates meet compliance requirements including DBS and Right to Work checks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
  • Support recruitment marketing campaigns and social media activity
  • Assist with staff retention and workforce planning initiatives
  • Meet recruitment targets and deadlines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or healthcare staffing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Good IT and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and confidential approach to work
  • Knowledge of sponsorship and UKVI recruitment processes
  • Experience using recruitment software or CRM systems
  • Understanding of DBS, safeguarding, and compliance requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
